Booking instructions
Pre-booking by email to: orfoundation.rome2023@ega.it is recommended
On-site availability of tickets cannot be guaranteed as the number of participants for each tour is limited
The possibility to take part in the tour will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Pre-payment by credit card is requested, tours tickets will be charged in April. Those who pre-book tours by email will be informed in due time by email.

Cost of the tours include

• English speaking guide and hostess
• Earphones, when necessary
• Aperitif, when mentioned

Liability
The organizers reserve the right to modify the tour program if required (e.g. in case of bad weather) and to cancel tours accounting for less than 15 participants without liability other than inform those who booked in advance and refunding the cost, if paid
During tours, the organizers will not accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to private, personal property of participants.

Cancellation policy
Requests to cancel participation to a booked tour must be sent in writing  to orfoundation.rome2023@ega.it
Until April 20th : no penalty
From April 21st onwards: 50% penalty fee
No-show: 100% penalty fee

Note: in case of bad weather museums visits could be considered and the cost of the tour could increase accordingly.
