Tara Aghaloo

Dr. Tara Aghaloo is Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry. She completed her dental training at the University of Missouri- Kansas City, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency, M.D., and PhD at UCLA. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and her clinical practice focuses on bone and soft tissue regeneration, and dental implants. She is also active in professional organizations where she is the Immediate President of the Academy of Osseointegration, ORF board member, Associate Editor of the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Section Editor of the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants.
