For participants’ convenience, EGA as housing agency has reserved a selection of room availabilities in various hotels in various categories nearby the Auditorium Parco Della Musica (the Symposium venue) and downtown.
Rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please consider that May in Rome is high season and during ORF Symposium international sport events are taking place in the city. Due to such contingencies, the EGA cannot guarantee availability of the rooms listed here below for the future and room rates can change according to hotels’ policies.
Early reservation is, therefore, highly recommended.
